01Terms Acceptance

By accessing, registering or using the bj77 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform.

Bj77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02Account Eligibility

To register and use bj77 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia, or an individual accessing the platform from a permitted region.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or court order preventing participation in online entertainment activities.
• Has never had an account suspended or terminated by bj77 for fraud or prior terms violations.
• Registering voluntarily and of their own free will, not under compulsion from any party.

03Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the bj77 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all fund balances forfeited without compensation.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal can be processed. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian Passport
• Proof of current address (not older than 3 months) if required
• Bank account details used for deposits

Bj77 guarantees that all documents submitted for KYC purposes will be stored securely using industry-grade encryption and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

Bj77 accepts a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysia users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and must comply with the applicable limits.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Maximum Deposit: RM 30,000 per day (subject to account limits)
• Accepted Methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, online bank transfer

All deposits are processed automatically and are usually credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for immediate verification.

Bj77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any charges that may be imposed by banks or digital wallet providers are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the user.

05Fund Withdrawal

Bj77 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per request
• Maximum Withdrawal (Daily): RM 50,000 for standard accounts; higher limits for VIP members
• Processing Time: 5 to 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts
• Withdrawal Methods: Transfer to the same Malaysian bank account used for the deposit

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the bj77 account. bj77 reserves the right to request additional document verification for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits or exhibit unusual patterns, as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Bj77 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for new and existing members. Each promotion has specific terms stated on its respective promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, address, phone number and IP address.
• The rollover requirement is between 5x to 10x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Rollover must be completed within the stated time period — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Bj77 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

07Game Rules

All games available on the bj77 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by a licensed third party. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be influenced by any party, including bj77 itself.

Players are fully responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Wins arising from technical faults, system disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances will be voided, and bj77 reserves the right to withhold payment until an investigation is complete.

• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools that affect gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to cheat the game system will be subject to legal action.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bj77's server records shall serve as the final reference.

08Account Bans & Suspensions

Bj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the event of the following terms violations:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Holding more than one account
• Using another person's account or sharing an account
• Attempts at fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system
• Using automated software or bots during gameplay
• Threats, harassment or abusive language directed at bj77 staff

09Privacy & Data Protection

Bj77 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and platform use is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, bj77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance
• Losses arising from legitimate game outcomes
• Internet or device connectivity failures on the user's end
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence

Bj77's liability under all circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into the platform in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12Terms Amendment

Bj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• Email notice sent to the registered address
• Updates to this page with a clear effective date

Continued use of the platform after terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
